How long will it take to deliver my order?
Free shipped items In order to keep costs to a minimum, free shipping items will take between 10-14 days to process and shipment will take another 20-30 days. Here the product will be delivered via standard Hong Kong airmail and bulk shipped in order to keep costs to a minimum. We ask all free shipping customers to be patient. Please do not place an order for free shipping items if you do not agree with the above delivery times. Couriered Items Most goods come from our warehouse in China. Once your payment is received your order will be shipped between 3-4 business days there-after. Shipping will take another 15-20 business days via a Courier. All delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. Sometimes shipment may be delayed due to delivery to remote location, out of stock items waiting to be replenished, unforeseen circumstances, such as custom delays, strikes, public holidays in China (especially Dec and Jan) and the destination Country etc. Please note if you place an order with full payment on a Friday it will not be processed until the following Monday (or the next business day).

How long is your product warranty?
All electronic products come with manufacturer warranty from the day you receive the product. The warranty period varies from product to product between 0 months to 12 months. No, since our warehouse is located in China, your goods will be delivered to you by mail from China.

Do you provide order tracking?
Tracking is provided for orders that are paid shipping. For free shipped orders online tracking may not be available. To keep shipping costs to a minimum (for free shipped orders), we sometimes ask Hong Kong post to deliver orders by internal tracking methods. Although such orders are tracked by Hong Kong post office, they are not available through on-line methods. We ask for your patience when such shipping methods are used. This is done to keep the overall costs down to benefit you. Please note, it may take up to 3 days for the tracking number to show on the Courier web site. We ask for your patience.

How much will my shipment cost me?
The shopping cart will provide you with the shipping cost before you place your order. This allows you to see everything upfront before proceeding with your transaction. We have a worldwide shipping rate for each item. Some products come with free shipping.

Are your Items always in stock?
We update our web site once a week at the end of each week. Therefore it is possible that an ordered item may not be available. If this happens we will refund your full payment in US dollars, including shipping charges, through your account as soon as we inform you and you respond via email that you wish to cancel the order. Sometimes our supplier runs out of stock and we are not notified. Under these circumstances we back-order items your order. Customers will be notified that the item is on back-order after 14 days have elapsed. You may also have the option to cancel the order at this point for a full refund provided the order is not already shipped. Under no circumstances can we provide a refund after your order has been packaged and ready for shipment. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be cancelled. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any other charges that you may have incurred when getting a full refund e.g. exchange rate charges etc.

What is your return policy?
If the product fails to perform during the warranty period (exclusions apply) , the product can be returned for repair as per below. Note, the return policy also applies to Dead on Arrival (DOA) products. No refund can be provided on DOA products unless you have a RA number assigned by us and are willing to ship the product back to us using your funds. Please do not ask us to provide shipping costs to return the product for any reason. Your product is not insured. We will provide a return Authorization (RA) number once we have received 2 pictures showing the defective item and an accurate description of the problem,. Only then can our technicians determine if the item can be returned for repair. Once you have an RA number you can ship the item back to our Canadian address. Customer will bear the full cost of returning the product, including any customs charges. Under no circumstances can the product be returned without a RA number. If the item is returned to our Canadian offices without approval, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total value of the order. If the item is sent back via RTS, a 100% restocking fee will be deducted (i.e. no refund), since this will go back to China and and we have no way to track the return shipment. The item will be considered lost in this case and we have no way of refunding you. All items must be returned to our Canada Office, NOT to China/Hong Kong on approval. Any items returned via RTS will return to China and absolutely no refunds can be provided. Our China operations do not have any way of tracking where the item came from and will be lost. Repairs Because of the distances involved between Canada and China, and the different time zones the resolution/repair may take several weeks/months. Please be patient. It is highly recommended that your return shipment has been assigned a tracking number. If your product does not reach our Canadian office, the product will be considered lost and under these circumstances, there is no way to come to a resolution. Once repaired, your original product will be sent back and the manufacturer will bear the cost of shipping it back to the customers address. No replacement product will be provided unless the product cannot be repaired. Do you provide support or installation?
The short answer is no, we do not provide support for installing the purchased item, either hardware or software. However we are happy to answer any questions, you may have about the item. Each product comes with a full feature list of what is included (or excluded) from the product. In most cases this is the only infomation that we have access to. You are always welcome to ask questions about the product.

Are all your products manufactured in China?
Yes, about 95% of our products are from the China market. The remaining well known brands come from the manufacturing country of origin. We believe the Chinese market gives the consumer true value. There are more high quality, low cost electronic products manufactured in China then in any other Country. This is why we have invested in China to bring value to our Customers.

Is there sales tax on purchases?
If the delivery address is in Ontario, Canada, please add 13% (HST) to the order amount. For all other destinations there is no tax.

If for any reason the product you have purchased is missused or injures anyone we cannot be held responsible. Please always read the manufactures instructions and recommendations on handling the product and use common sense. Also provide proper guidance to children when using the product.

Missing Items Received
Missing Items If you have not received all the items in your order, then please do the following:- 1. Check our web site of the missing item. Is the missing item clearly listed in the packaging and/or our website? 2. If you still think the item is missing, inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order and within 48 hours, send us clear pictures of all the recieved items along with the picture of the FRONT of the recieved envelope showing your name and address. 3. Send proof that the missing items should have been included in your order. Some items such as power adaptors for small items are may not part of the contents (unless specified on the packaging or our web site) and are charged directly using a USB attached to your PC. 4. Send a picture of the item that is missing. This picture should be from our web site and must be circled. 5. Provide a describe the missing item. 6. Send your pictures and information via email to: to [email protected] 7. Wait for our reply within 2 days to confirm that we have forwarded your information to the manaufacturer. Notes Pictures that are out of focus and black and white pictures are NOT permissible. Pictures must be at least 4MP in resolution. If you do not provide all of the above information in a timely manner, we will not be able to provide any solution. Once we have received this information, we will notify you if we require further information. We will forward the information to the manufacturer and will await their response. Once the manufacturer has analyzed the information and confirm that the item is missing, they will send you the item with free shipping to you. We will notify you via email that the item is shipped. Tracking information may not be available. However if the request was not received in a timely manner (within 48 hours) or if the manufacturer has confirmed that the item does not come with your order, we will notify you. At this point there is nothing that can be done. Please be patient, as this process will take several weeks to come to a conclusion.
